Tenno Reinforcements: Update 25.4.0 is now in cert! Ideally we’d have the update launch simultaneously with PS4 and Xbox One, but we took a couple extra days beyond the cert deadline to focus on nailing down the performance and stability improvements we mentioned below. This is a major priority and goal for this build, and when addressing long standing issues such as these we want to make sure we are doing it right and spending the time to make that happen. We know delays are a bit of a bummer, so we thank you for your understanding! We are so excited to bring you the changes that should ultimately make Warframe a much more stable and enjoyable experience on the Nintendo Switch. 

We have also made the following changes as additions to our overall improvement efforts: 

• Shaders have been remastered to save approximately 300 MB!

This will not be coming in this update, it was after the cutoff for our cert deadline. But we will have it in for the next! 🙂

We're back with a small but mighty update! We’ve included everything from PC’s The Jovian Concord: Update 25.2.0 (everything we didn’t grab from the Wukong Revisited update) to Update 25.4.0. We also want to take a moment to highlight some fundamental fixes and improvements coming to improve your Warframe experience on the Nintendo Switch.

The big news is that we will have performance and stability improvements, along with a fix for a memory leak that’s been impacting the platform since launch.

Technically speaking - there was an issue with multithreading. Cloth and non-GPU particle systems were running on the game thread which hindered performance. This is now fixed.

As the Warframe team has been unwinding from TennoCon and catching up with post-July 6th happenings, we have seen reports rolling through that indicated something was fishy (team)  with the TennoLive Nekros Prime drop. 

There were over 600,000 drops delivered to your very inboxes over the course of TennoCon! A truly impressive number of free goods sent to participating Tenno watching from home, but we found a discrepancy between successful deliveries of the Lotus Ephemera vs. Nekros Prime. 

We did some digging to come up with a solution (to send out even more free stuff, because 600,000 drops just isn’t enough let’s be honest), which we’ve laid out below:

What we know: 

• The Lotus Ephemera drop was earnable by watching any Main Stage panel at TennoCon for 30 consecutive minutes (drop ended at 5:59 p.m. ET)

• Fixed Wukong/Wukong Prime's tail going missing when the Wukong Mithra Skin is equipped. He can now properly resume his monkeying around with the appropriate amount of fashion frame. 
• Fixed shoulder Emblem being off-center on Wukong Prime. 
• Fixes towards the "Animal Lover", "Champion of the People", and the "Bounty Hunter" Trophies not showing as completed due to merging with a Nightwave Weekly Act. If you have been affected, completing the achievement again should mark it as so!
